Warren Wisdom

Warren Wisdom, age 59 of Park City, departed this life on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. The St. Louis, Missouri native was born on January 2, 1965 to the late Windell and Norma Pogue Wisdom. 

Warren owned and operated North South Trucking for many years. During this time, he worked closely with numerous farmers across south central Kentucky. He worked most recently with his friends at Buttram Farms, who he considered part of his family.  

Warren loved traveling and farming. His business was his heart and soul. When he was younger, he was active with the FFA, and he later joined himself with the Barren County Cattleman’s Association. He was a member of Park City Baptist Church, and attended Hillvue Heights Church. 

He leaves to honor his memory— his twin sister, Wendy Wisdom of Madison, TN; brother, Wayne Wisdom (Belinda) of Chalybeate; nephew, Tanner Wisdom (Elissa) of Park City; uncle and aunts, Ted Wisdom (Geanie), Barbara Thompson (Gene) and Sue Mork (Craig); a cherished friend, Bonnie Barrett, along with several cousins and friends who will miss him.  

Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made to: Barren County Cattleman’s Association, 1463 W. Main St, Glasgow, KY 42141. 

As requested by Warren, a meal will be provided for all of his family and friends following his funeral service by the BarrenCounty Cattleman’s Association at the Park City Senior Center, 24201 Louisville Rd., Park City, Ky 42160.
