Virginia Rich

Virginia Thompson Page Rich, age 81 of Mammoth Cave, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in Bowling Green. She was born January 22, 1927 in Edmonson County to thelate M. Hall and Elizabeth Logsdon Page and married to the late Roy Page. She was a retired teacher for Edmonson Co. Schools, a Kentucky Colonel, a member of Kentucky Retired Teachers Association and Stockholm United Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Noel G. Rich of Mammoth Cave; one son, Samuel M. Page of Mammoth Cave; one sister, Winona Traub of Louisville; two stepsons, Michael Rich (Debbie) of Atlanta, GA and David Rich (Judy) of Sellersburg, IN; three grandchildren, Keith, Samantha and Joshua Page; two great grandchildren, Alyssa and Travis Page; four step grandchildren, Ben, Justin, Lauren and Helen Noel Rich. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton and Bro. J.C. Ramsey with burial in the Ollie Cemetery.
