Venita Morris Meredith, age 79, of Bee Spring, KY, departed this life on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at her daughter’s residence. The Edmonson County native was born on July 19, 1935 to the late Fred and Lottie Davis Morris and was the devoted wife to Bro. Clement Meredith, who preceded her in death.

She retired from Brownsville Deposit Bank as Branch Manager; was a member of Bee Spring Missionary Baptist Church; a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post #6937 and Edmonson County Election Commissioner and Democratic Executive Committee member for twenty-four years.

She leaves to honor her memory, her daughter and son-in-law, Malea and Edwin Vincent of Bee Spring.

Interment will be in New Home General Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Patton officiating.
