Velzie Kinser

Velzie Marie Scott  Kinser, 72, of Pompano Beach, Fl, passed away, Thursday, March 22, 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She was born in Edmonson Co., KY to the late Jimmie Scott and the late Mary Van Meter Scott and was the wife of the late Kellie Kinser. She was a Homemaker and a member of Pleasant Union United Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Kinser of  Pompano Beach, FL; one brother, John Scott (Betty) of Villa Ridge, MO; one stepson, James Kinser (Ella) of Anneta, KY; one step grandson, James Kinser, Jr. (Michelle) and four step great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 12:00 Noon-8:00pm, Tuesday, March 27, 2012 and 9:00am-11:00am, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Pleasant Union United Baptist Church with burial in the Midway Church Cemetery.
