Truman Wingfield

Truman Wingfield, 78, of Indianapolis, IN, died Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at his residence.  He was the son of the late James Ira Wingfield and the late Stella Norene Brown Wingfield.  He was the husband of the late Virginia (Jean) Elmore Wingfield.  He was born January 8, 1932 in Edmonson Co., KY.   He was a  foreman for Kroger Bakery , a Korean war, Army Veteran  and of the Baptist faith.  He is survived by a daughter, Sandy White (Monty) of Whiteland, IN; four sons, Allen Wingfield of Orient, OH, Roger Wingfield (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN, Wayne Wingfield of Indianapolis, IN and Tom Wingfield of Allen, TX; two sisters, Nelda Doyle of Smiths Grove, KY and Juanita Cowell of Fairbanks, Alaska; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
