Travis Bailey

Travis Bailey, age 76 of Park City, passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at Hart County Health Care.

He was born September 6, 1933 in Barren County to the late Ralph and L.D. Bailey.

Travis was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator, Koren War Army Veteran and a member of Park City Baptist Church, Park City Masonic Lodge, Louisville Shriners, Rocky Hill Eastern Star and Union 181.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Reynolds Bailey of Park City, KY; one son, Jospeh C. Bailey (Sheryl) of Park City; one sister, Barbara Jean Bailey of Bowling Green, KY; two grandsons, Benjamin Clark Bailey of Kings Point, NY and Nathan Tyler Bailey of Park City, KY; one nephew, Brad S. Bailey (Jennifer) of Glasgow, KY; three nieces, Myra Harrison of Bowling Green, KY, Janet Madison (Tim) of Richmond, VA and Kim Couch (Joe) of New Palastine, IN; brother in law, Ernest Reynolds (Mary Etta) of Franklin, TN; five great nieces, one great nephew and three special cousins, Bernard, Sandra and Sheila Lawrence.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce Ann Bailey and one brother and sister in law, Leroy and Sandy Bailey.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
