Stephen "Woody" Woodcock

Stephen "Woody" Woodcock, a dedicated and skilled artisan, passed away on October 30, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Warren County native was born on September 5, 1971 to Priscilla Woodcock and the late Earl Bishop, who loved him as his own. He was married to his loving wife, Tracey Ranes Woodcock, who survives. 

Woody was not only the proud owner and operator of his own business, Precision Blasting, but also a talented sand blaster who committed his skills to the enhancement and preservation of veterans' walls and memorials across various counties. He learned his trade from his beloved stepdad, Earl, and then passed it onto his son, Cole. His work stood as a tribute to those who served their country, showcasing his devotion to honoring their sacrifices and memories. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Woody was a man of many interests. He had a deep love for nature and the outdoors, finding joy and tranquility in golfing and fishing. His enthusiasm for life was further expressed through his fascination with 3D printing, where he embraced creativity and innovation. Woody's diverse hobbies reflected his vibrant personality and his desire to connect with the world around him.

Besides his wife and mother, Tracey and Priscilla, he leaves to honor his memory— his children, Cole Cowles of Smiths Grove, Bradly Woodcock of Smiths Grove, Mitch Pearson (Jenny) of Bowling Green, Austin Ranes of Brownsville, Saliya Kieffer of Bowling Green and Isabella Woodcock of Brownsville; step-children, Jody Shephard and Jeffery Bishop, both of Smiths Grove; grandchildren, Serenity Cowles, Brantley Cowles and Savannah Cowles; siblings, Chip Rich and Lisa Rich; nieces, Devon Rich, Sierra Wilson, Baleigh Hawks and Parker Hawks, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
