Russell Minor

Russell Minor, 86, of Cave City, Ky, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at his residence. The Hart Co. native was the son of the late Johnnie Minor and the late Pearl Middleton Minor and the husband of Emma Jean Martin Minor. He was a Farmer and a Maintance Worker at Homewood and Glenview Nursing Homes in Glasgow, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Emma Jean Martin Minor of Cave City, Ky; two daughters, Faye Davidson of Glasgow, KY and Loretta Sturgeon (Samuel) of Park City, Ky; four grandchildren, Sammy Sturgeon (Kelly) of Park City, KY, Sarah Wilson of Cave City, KY, Shane Davidson (Cheryl) of Cave City, KY and Tracey Kinslow (Ray) of Glasgow, Ky; seven great grandchildren, Brett, Dakota, Harley and Chesny Davidson, Tyler Sturgeon, Kyle Nickson and Caleb Wilson; one brother, David Minor of Cave City, KY; several nieces and nephews.
