Ruby Ray

Ruby V. Ray, age 88 of Park City, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 at her residence.

She was born August 7, 1921 in Monroe County to the late Edgar and Azzie Emmert Moore and married to the late James Luther Ray.

She was a retired cook for the Park City School and a member of Cedar Springs United Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons; James Leroy Ray (Ellen) of Brownsburg, IN., Kenneth Wayne Ray (Melody Sue) and Steve Ray (Sandy) of Park City; two daughters, Linda Adwell (Howard) of Glasgow and Brenda Ray (Rodney) of Park City; four brothers, Charles Moore of Louisville, Gene Moore of Glasgow, Bob Moore of Illinois and Barlow Moore of Louisville; four sisters, Reva Parker of Park City, Nelda Geralds of Florida, Wilma Tipton of Michigan and Lou Hood of Illinois; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, James Michael Ray; two brothers, Cecil and Ernest Moore and one sister, Pearl Birge.

Services will be officiated Bro. Malcolm Doyle with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery.
