Roy Vanmeter

He was a Navy Veteran and a Custodian for Western Kentucky University.

He is survived by two sons, Chad VanMeter and Damon VanMeter both of Smiths Grove, KY; three daughters, Jolynn VanMeter of North Carolina, Velisha VanMeter and Jessica Bowles (Tristan)) both of  Bowling Green, KY; two grandchildren, Elijah Peyton Van Meter and Noelle Elise Bowles; one brother, Ova VanMeter of Louisville, KY and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in  death by four brothers, Walter VanMeter, Cody VanMeter, Jr. VanMeter and Darrell "Bobby" VanMeter and one sister, Wanda Brooks.

The family chose cremation with no services.  Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
