Rosemary Carder Ragar, age 67, of Brownsville, KY passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 in Glasgow, KY. The Edmonson County native was born on December 7, 1948 to the late Virgil Garnett “Billy” Carder and Norma Johnson James. She was married to the late David Glenn Ragar.

She was a housewife and was a member of Macedonia General Baptist Church.

She leaves to honor her memory one son, Joie Meredith of Park City; one daughter, Dorthy Ragar of Brownsville and seven grandchildren, Craig Meredith, Tasha Meredith, Dalton Meredith, Colton Meredith, Natalie Meredith, Glenn Tolbert and Laura Tolbert.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Randy Meredith; brother, Joe Carder and sister, Beulah Ann Webb.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
