1943 - 2016

Riley Elmore, age 72 , of Louisville departed this life on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Louisville. The
Edmonson County native was born on August 30, 1943 to the late George Marion and Valerie Self
Elmore.

He worked in drywall construction and was a Vietnam Army veteran. He was also a member of Poplar Springs United Baptist Church.

He is survived by his companion, Faye Boston of Louisville, KY; one brother, Michael Elmore (Hilda) of Clarksville, IN; one sister, Alice Williams of Taylor, MI and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, James E. Elmore and three sisters, Louise Williams, Nelsie Whobrey and Evelyn Vincent.

Memorial contributions may be made to Crusade for Children.

Interment will be in Poplar Springs cemetery with military honors by the Nisbet Alexander Memorial Post #6937 VFW.
