Rev. Alonzo Dodd

Rev. Alonzo Dodd, age 85 of Bowling Green, died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 in Bowling Green. He was born August 17, 1925 in Bowling Green to the late Clemmon and Alva Mae White Dodd and married to the late Mary Douglas Dodd.

He was a retired welder for Texas Gas Company, World War II Army Veteran and a member Midway United Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Lisa McIntosh (Kerry) of Greenville; two sons, Darrell Dodd of Athens, AL and Dr. David Dodd (Debbie) of Louisville; one sister, Evelyn Crafton Mitchell; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton with burial in the Midway Church Cemetery.
