Retta Stevenson

Retta Brooks Stevenson, age 74 of Bee Spring, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008 in Bowling Green. She was born March 26, 1933 in Edmonson County to the late Elmer and Emma Kidwell Brooks and married to the late Noah L. Stevenson. She was a housewife and a member of Jock United Baptist Church and is survived by four sons, Leo and wife Michelle, Billy and Tommy and wife Lisa of Bee Spring and Roger Stevenson and wife Debbie of Chalybeate; five grandchildren, Beth Stevenson, Jenny Stevenson, Nick Stevenson, Jessica Parsley and husband Travis and John Stevenson; two great grandchildren, Noah Thomas and Lilly Grace Parsley. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Wilma Stevenson. Services will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle and Bro. Lelan Childress with burial in the Jock Church Cemetery.
