Pauline Goad

Pauline Goad, age 89 of Brownsville, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008 in Bowling Green. She was born October 8, 1919 in Monroe County to the late John Mark and Gertie Ethel Jones Dossey and married to the late Alvis Goad. She was a housewife, a member of Fountain Run Eastern Star and Pleasant Union United Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Dottie Shell (Bob) of Bowling Green; two sons, LaMarr Goad (Becky) of Sweeden and Aaron Goad (Laura) of New Albany, IN; two brothers, Wilbur Dossey of Columbus, IN and John N. Dossey (Juanita) of Nashville; nine grandchildren, Allen Gipson (Kendra), Stacey Miller (Darin), Clark Gipson (Karen), Kristen Booker (Neal), Greg Goad (Stacey), Candy Peay (Steve), Sara Shell, Gavin Goad, Grant Goad and twelvegreat grandchildren. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton and Bro. Richard Minton with burial in the Pleasant Union Church Cemetery.
