Opal Madison

Opal Hulsey Madison, 97 of Park City, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2006 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born December 9, 1909 in Barren County to the late Omer and Lena Campbell Hulsey and wife of the late Ted Madison. She was a homemaker and a member of Park City Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Ray Dean Madison of Bowling Green; a grandson, Richard Madison of Shelbyville; a granddaughter, Janice Stone of Bowling Green; 2 sisters-in-law, Rose Hulsey and Pauline Ray of Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son Neale Madison and 2 brothers Ned Hulsey and Everette Ray. Services will be conducted by Bro. Toby Nunn with burial in the Rocky Hill Cemetery.
