Noel Carol Stamas, age 58, passed away on September 24, 2019 in Omaha, NE. She was born in Hot Springs, VA to the late Clark and Maymie Lowry on December 23, 1960.

She leaves to honor her memory—  one brother, Raymond L. Lowry of Radcliff; two sisters, Doris J. Billeck of Radcliff and Geneva Hodge of Nunnelly, TN; five nieces, Carol M. Thomas, Rhonda Perry, Jennifer Deese, Becky Foltz and Christina Walker; seven nephews, Patrick Mayhorn, Christopher Mayhorn, Robert Claxton, Troy L. Hodge Jr., Thomas Lowry, Joseph M. Foltz and Bud Walker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Frank Wayne Wyatt; two brothers; Troy L. Hodge Sr. and Edward C. Lowry; one sister, Donna L. Voyles; two nieces, Donna C. Perry and Barbara Hodge.

Interment will be in Hawkins Cemetery.
