Nancy Cushenberry

Nancy Lee Cushenberry, age 62 of Cave City, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 21, 1948 in Warren County to the late Julian Brooks and Marjorie Mitchell Brooks of Cave City.

She was a retired secretary at Mammoth Cave National Park and treasurer at Highland United Methodist Church.

She is also survived by her husband, Larry Cushenberry of Cave City; two daughters, Kim Johnson (Jeff) of Owensboro and Laura Harper (Chris) of Cave City; special son, Greg Phillips of Cave City; granddaughter, Mackenzie Taylor of Cave City and sister, Shirley Phillips (Wayne Shultz) of New York. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Anna Cushenberry.

Services will be officiated by Rev. Scott Milby with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Camp Loucon 8044 Anneta Road Leitchfield, KY 42754.
