Miner Ashley

Miner Ashley, age 70 of Anneta, KY passed away November  5, 2011 in Leitchfield, KY. He was born November 23, 1940 in Edmonson County to the late Elmer Ashley and the late Ora Mae Rich Ashley. He was a retired self-employed carpenter, member of Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM and a member of Jock United Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Sue Ashley of Leitchfield, KY; four sons: Mark Ashley (Robin) of  Bee Spring, KY,  Brian Ashley (Tammy) of  Anneta, KY,  Steve Ashley (Serenna) of Bee Spring, KY and  Brent "Tootie"  Ashley (Donita) of Anneta, KY and eight grandchildren, Jessica Culbreth, Brit Vincent, Anthony Ashley, Nathan Ashley, Sierra Ashley, Brena Ashley, Erin Ashley and Cole Ashley.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thurman and Charles Edward Ashley.

Funeral Service will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle, Bro. Richard Minton & Bro. Jerry Patton with burial in the Jock Church Cemetery.

Masonic services will be Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel.
