Millis Massey, 73, of Brownsville, KY passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 at his residence. He was a retired assembly line worker for General Motors and a member of First Baptist in Bay, Arkansas and McLure Masonic Lodge # 539 F&AM.
Millis had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting and gardening.
The Big Flat Arkansas native was born December 15, 1938 to the late Ferrell Massey and Verna Anderson Massey and was married to the late Dalphany Massey.
He is survived by one son, Don Massey (Michelle) of Festus, MO; two daughters, Cynthia Grega of House Springs, MO and Tammie Honeycutt (B.J.) of Cedar Springs, KY; three brothers, Afton Massey (Pat) of Jonesboro, Ark., Waco Massey of Bay, Ark. and Miford Massey (Zada) of Farmington, MO; two sisters, Loretta Taylor (Dean) of Kennett, MO and Predith Hudgens (Gary) of Wentzville, MO; one daughter-in-law, Chris Massey of Oak Leaf, TX; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one son, Earnie Massey.
Burial will be in the Lambert Cemetery with Bro. Garrold Johnson officiating.
