Mary Sturdivant

Mary Katherine Cassady Sturdivant, 85, of Brownsville passed away Thursday, November 2, 2006 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born September 20, 1921 in Edmonson County to the late Willie and Mary Ellie Campbell Cassady and married to the late Almond B. Sturduvant. She was a homemaker and a member of Beaver Dam United Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter Penny Vincent (Roscoe) of Brownsville; two brothers, Benny Cassady of Park City and Thomas Cassidy of Brownsville; two sisters Ella Mae Madison of Bowling Green and Eva Huffman of Bowling Green and one grandson Andy Vincent of Brownsville. She was also preceded in death by one daughter Betty Kerr. Services will be officiated by Bro. Ronald Renfro with burial in the Bell Key cemetery in Brownsville.
