Mary Lou Alexander Meredith, 75, of Brownsville, KY passed away Thursday, September  13, 2012 in Bowling Green, KY. She was born in Edmonson Co. on July 12, 1937 to the late Cecil Alexander and the late Helen Warnell Alexander and was the wife of Donavon Meredith. She was co- owner of Highview Meat Market and a realtor and was a member of Brownsville Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Donavon Meredith of Brownsville, KY; one son, Mark Meredith (Edie) of Louisville, KY; two daughters, Donnita Travis (Daryl) of Chicago, IL and Leita Webb (Mike) of Chalybeate, KY; three grandchildren, Jennifer Meredith of Ft. Lauderdale, FL , Kenny Stethen  and Brock Stethen both of Chalybeate, KY; one great granddaughter, Adriana Grace Castaneda of Ft. Lauderdale, FL;  three brothers, Billy Alexander (Shirley) of Brownsville, KY, Charles Alexander (Joretta) of Caneyville, KY and Victor Alexander (Joyce) of Brownsville, KY; two sisters, Jessie Edna Prunty of Brownsville, KY and Jean Davis (Winston) of Sunfish, KY.

Burial will be in the Alexander Cemetery with Bro. Bob Fulkerson and Bro. Calvin Bond officiating.
