Marlow Carroll

Marlow Carroll, 88 of Bee Spring, KY passed away at his home on December 12, 2013. The Edmonson County native was born June 22,1925.  He was a heavy equipment operator and farmer. He was of the Baptist Faith, a member of the VFW and a WWII Army Veteran. He was the son of the late Acie Carroll and the late Annie Cook Carroll.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lillian VanMeter Carroll; four daughters, Sue Renfro and husband Sammy, Chalybeate, KY, Mearedia Gross and husband Will, Alvaton, KY, Lauretta Jaggers and husband Tony, Bowling Green, KY, Sandra Carroll, TX; two brothers, Elba Carroll and wife Pat, Lindseyville, KY, Randall Carroll and wife Lee, Bee Spring, KY; one sister, Texie Colley, Chalybeate, KY; two grandchildren, Jay Madison and wife Stephanie and Kim Renfro; five great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Burial with military rites will be in the Hubsfield Church Cemetery with Bro. Ernie Vincent officiating.
