Marcella Vincent

Marcella Lynn Webb Vincent, 60, of Mammoth Cave, KY departed this life on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN.  The Edmonson County native was born on June 29, 1953 to the late Noah K. Webb, Sr. and Helen Skaggs Webb.  She was the devoted and loving wife of Bill Vincent, who survives.

Marcella retired as a teacher with the U.S. Forest Service and was a member of Ollie United Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Vincent of Mammoth Cave, KY; one son, Jason E. Vincent (Cassie) of Mammoth Cave, KY; two daughters, Christy N. Vincent of Bowling Green, KY and Billie Jean Vincent-Cross (Jeff) of Chalybeate, KY; her mother, Helen Skaggs Webb of Brownsville, KY; one brother, Noah K. Webb, Jr. "Ken" of Smiths Grove, KY; one sister, Belinda Kay Pedigo (Jimmy) of Bowling Green, KY; seven grandchildren, Katlyn M. Cross, Deven Richardson, Kelsey L. Cross, Isaiah Richardson, Morgan Vincent, Brayden Richardson and Mason Vincent and one step-grandson, Garrett D. Cross.

The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 10,  until the time of the funeral service at Ollie United Baptist Church.  The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 12, at Ollie United Baptist Church with burial in the Ollie Church Cemetery.  Bro. George Mauldin, Bro. Kenneth Meredith and Bro. Jerry Weedman will be officiating.
