Louise “Weedy” Decker, 95, of Brownsville, KY, departed this life on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Edmonson Health Care in Brownsville. The Owensboro native was born June 7, 1919 to the late William Roy and Gertie Mae Johnson White and was the wife of the late Charlie Decker, Sr. She was a homemaker and was a member of Pleasant Union United Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Charlie Decker, Jr. of Brownsville; two granddaughters, Melissa Warner (Paul) of Louisville and Stephanie Howard of Bowling Green; six great-grandchildren, Kristin Bengtson, Matthew Warner, Megan Bengtson, Zachary Warner, Tabitha Warner and Molly Warner; four great-great- grandchildren, Isabela, Silas and Tracy Warner and Sophia Mooney; one brother, Tig White (Charlotte) of Vero Beach, FL; two sisters, Dorothy Cooper of Bowling Green and Mary Helen Allen of Brownsville.
Burial will be in Pleasant Union Church Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Patton officiating.
