Lizzie Frances Coomer, age 91, of Park City departed this life on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Metcalfe Healthcare. The Barren County native was born on June 9, 1931 to the late Oscar Keene Johnson and the late Polly Gassaway Johnson. She was married to James Miles “Jack” Coomer, who also preceded her in death.

Lizzie was a former employee of K.C. Garment and Park Mammoth Resort. She was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.

She leaves to honor her memory— son, Ronnie Joe Coomer of Park City; daughter, Linda Faye Stinson of Glasgow, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brother, Billy Ray Johnson (Fran) of Shepherdsville and sisters, Elsie Mae Wilson (Robert) of Cave City and Margie Faye Craine of Center. She was also preceded in  death by a son, Terris Coomer; daughter, Patricia Casteel; brothers, Junior and Richard Johnson and sisters, Margaret Crumpton and Delsie Johnson.
