Linda Hampton Ray, age 60 of Smiths Grove, departed this life on Sunday, December 29 , 2019 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Barren County native was born on May 26, 1959 to the late Lillie Hampton. She was married to Dwight Allan Ray, who survives.
Linda was a homemaker and a member of Cedar Hill United Baptist Church.
Besides her husband, she leaves to honor her memory-- one daughter, Angela Cowles (Frank) of Bowling Green; one son, Christopher Ray (Kristin) of Chalybeate and four grandchildren, Hannah Holder, Natalie Johnson, Savannah Cowles and Leighanna Ray.
Interment will be in Hawkins Cemetery.
