Lillian Beckner

Lillian Delle Britt Beckner, 84, of Rocky Hill, KY, died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at her residence.  She was born September 24, 1925 in Barren County to the late Thurman Britt and the late Mary Alma Landrum Britt and was the husband of the late Cecil Beckner. She was a homemaker and a member of Rocky Hill Order of the Eastern Star # 279 and Rocky Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Madison of Rocky Hill, KY; two grandsons, Eric Dale Tarter of Summer Shade, KY and Stewart Lee Tarter (Tracie) of Temple Hill, KY; three great grandchildren, Eric Tarter , Kayle Lee Tarter and Alexandra Tarter all of Tompkinsville, KY; two step great grandchildren, Kayla McGuire and Cory McGuire  both of Temple Hill, KY; four sisters, Lavern Lockhart of Bowling Green, KY, Beatrice Colter of Indiana, Ora Hester of Bowling Green, KY and Talmadge of Indiana; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two sons, Danny Cecil Beckner and George Clifford Beckner; two brothers, Carey Britt and James Britt; three sisters, Belle Beckner, Pansy Britt and Barbara Britt.

Burial will be in the Rocky Hill Cemetery with Bro. Phillip Beckner officiating.
