Leonard Lay

Leonard D. Lay, 77, of Big Clifty, KY, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 in Louisville, KY. He was born in Edmonson Co., Ky, June 2, 1933 to the late Shelby Lay and the late Vera Madison Lay. He was a retired shipping clerk for Cissell Mfg. Co. and a member of Campbells Chapel United Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Campbell Lay of Big Clifty, KY; a daughter, Dolores Logsdon (Darrick) of Big Clifty, KY; two grandsons, Travis D. Logsdon (Amy) of Big Clifty, KY and Chad D. Logsdon (Krissy) of Snap, KY; one great granddaughter, Holly Elizabeth Logsdon of Big Clifty, KY; one great grandson, Ty Anthony Logsdon of Big Clifty, KY; foster grandchildren, Jessica Adcock and Quentin Adcock; foster daughter, Tina Adcock. He was preceded in death by one brother, Christal Lay and two sisters, Irene Watt and Norma Graham. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Chruch Cemetery with Bro. Vernon Johnson officiating.
