Lenora Puckett

Lenora Gipson Puckett, age 72 of McDaniels, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Louisville. She was born February 4, 1936 in Edmonson County to the late Walter and Lillie Mae Elmore Gipson and married to the late Joseph William Puckett. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She is survived by one daughter, Legenia Comley (Martin); three sons, Joseph Puckett (Emma), Ken Puckett, Neal Puckett (Angela) all of Louisville; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; six brothers, Lester, Lawrence, Bill, Albert, James and Robert Gipson; four sisters, Mabel Johnson, Ella Abe, Betty Lee Basham and Joyce Weber. Burial will be in Jaggers Cemetery and memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
