Leamon Turley

Leamon O. Turley, 81, of Cub Run, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012 in Brownsville, Kentucky.  He was owner of The Gas Barn, a farmer, a member of  Robinson Masonic Lodge and Stockholm United Baptist Church.  He was also a Korean Air Force veteran.

The Edmonson County native was the son of the late Ernest and Nellie Crain Turley. He was the husband of the late Marjorie Maxine Hill Turley.

He is survived by one daughter, Marya L. Turley of Alvaton, KY; one son, Donnie Turley (Jennifer) of Chalybeate, KY; one brother, Ernest "Boots"  Turley of Louisville, KY; sister-in-law, Doris Hill of Ft. Worth, TX; six grandchildren ; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Masonic service held by the Cub Run Masonic Lodge # 910 F&AM,  7pm, Saturday at the funeral home.  The funeral service will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton with burial in the Cherry Springs Church Cemetery.
