Laverne Jaggers Meredith, age 80, of Park City, departed this life on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at her residence. The Louisville, KY native was born on June 16, 1942 to the late Herman and Beulah Horton Jaggers. She was married to Kenneth Meredith, who also preceded her in death.

Laverne was a caregiver and member of the Baptist faith.

She leaves to honor her memory— daughter, Celia Gail  Dorman of Park City; sons, Kenneth Newman Meredith (Dara) of Cub Run and Timothy Patrick Meredith (Janet) of Park City; grandchildren, Jeremiah Jorgensen (Sheila), Meredith Buckingham, Jacob Dorman, John Matthew Meredith and Adam Ruth (Ashley); great-grandchildren, Myah, Elijah and Katherine Jorgensen, Lauren and Hailey Buckingham, Carlie and Colton Johnson; several step-great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Wayne Jaggers (Gail) and sisters, Debbie Ann Omally (Jim) and Linda Meredith. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Meredith and great-granddaughters, Mikayla and Melanie Buckingham.

Interment will be in Meredith Thompson Cemetery.
