Larry Mark Johnson, 61, of Mammoth Cave, Ky, died Thursday, January 6, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 24, 1949 in Indianapolis, In. to the late Carl Johnson and the late Willodean Miller Johnson. He was the husband of Gail Sanders Johnson. He was a retired sign painter and owner of Johnson Custom Signs, a Vietnam Army Veteran and a member of Hill Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Gail Sanders Johnson of Mammoth Cave, Ky; three daughters, Candy Rhea Kidwell (Danny) of Mammoth Cave, Ky, Connie Lynn Meredith of Mammoth Cave, Ky and Wanda Jo Gore (Kenny) of Horse Cave, KY; a son-in-law, Tracy Dwight Meredith of Mammoth Cave, KY; three grandchildren, Samantha Jo Meredith, Jesse Dwight Meredith and Sierra Elburtia Gore; two aunts, Crystal Elmore (Parker) of Bee Spring, KY and Bertha Talley (Charles) of Bowling Green, KY; one uncle, Kenneth Elmore of Bowling Green, KY. Burial will be in the Hill Grove Church Cemetery will full military rites. Bro. Malcolm Doyle and Bro. Jimmy Terry will officiate.
