Kenneth Stratton

Kenneth R. Stratton, age 81 of Bee Spring, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2007 in Hartford. The Calhoun native was born September 7, 1926 to the late Earl and Christeen McClellan Stratton. He was a retired tube duplicator for Ford Motor Co., a World War II Air Corps and Coast Guard veteran and a member of Rockfordview United Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Monie Vincent Stratton of Bee Spring; two sons, Kenneth E. Stratton of Bee Spring and Paul E. Stratton (Dixie) of Hartford; one sister, Earline Austin of Calhoun; six grandchildren, Tommy Stratton, Michelle Cox, Kristie Coulter, Billy Jenks, Ariel Stratton and Hannah Stratton. He was also preceded in death by a daughter Deborah Jenks. Services will be conducted by Bro. Malcolm Doyle with burial in Jaggers cemetery.
