Kenneth Dennison

Kenneth Leon Dennison, 85 of Cave City, passed away February 6, 2012 at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green, KY. The Hart County native was born March 23, 1926. He was a member of Cedar Cliff Baptist Church, Park City Masonic Lodge #934 F&AM, WWII US Army Veteran and Survivor Chair for Barren Co. Relay for Life Board and retired from Great Onyx Job Corps as Chief of  Vocational Training.  He was preceded in death by his parents William Lyman Dennison and Sarah Frances Hood and a son Richard Dennison.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dixie Short Dennison of Cave City, KY; two daughters, Kathy Powell (Greg) of Henderson, KY and Trish Zwakenberg of Bowling Green, KY; one son, Joe Dennison (Christie) of Bowling Green, KY; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Services will be officiated by Bro. David Zwakenberg with burial in the Cave City Cemetery with military rites.
