Kelly Prewitt

Kelly Wayne Prewitt, age 76 of Fairdale, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2008 in Louisville. He was born December 3, 1931 in Edmonson County to the late James Mitchell and Estella Browning Prewitt and married to the late Patsy Prunty Prewitt. He was a retired mechanic for Lorillard Tobacco Co. and a member of Sweeden Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by two daughters, Donna Kay Cox of Fairdale and Shelia Bisig (Paul) of Louisville; six grandchildren, Angie Miller (Jimmy) of Sweeden, Brandon Prewitt (Paula) of Chalybeate, Joe Hoskinson (Shawnon), Emily Edwards (Brandon), Amy Lynn Stepp (Chip) and Michael Wayne Bisig all of Louisville; six great grandchildren, Rachel and Rance Miller, MaKaila and KyAnna Edwards, Austin Hoskinson and Christopher Bisig. He was also preceded in death by a son, Terry Prewitt. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton with burial in the Sweeden Cemetery.
