Kathy Minyard

Kathy Collins Minyard, 52, of Brownsville, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014  at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  She was born  in Scottsville, KY to the late Delbert Graves Harrison and the late Minnie Louise Bridgeman Harrison.  She was the wife of the late Eugene Collins and Rondal "Butch" Minyard who survives.  She was a housewife, mother and a member of Edmonson Co. Saddle Club and New Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Timmy Collins (Dottie) of Smiths Grove, KY; two daughters, Carey Woodcock (Jason) of Bee Spring, KY and  Stacy Collins (Ed Anderson) of Brownsville, KY; two brothers, Shannon Harrison (Robin) of Brownsville, KY and Ethan Zaharia of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Diane Lee (John) of Scottsville, KY and Kristy Murphy (Brian) of Virginia; three step sons, Jason Johnson (Cathy) and  Neil  Minyard (Amy) of Chalybeate, KY and Richie Minyard (Leslie) of Brownsville, KY; sister-in-law, Charline Thomas of Brownsville, KY; several nieces and nephews and twenty grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Brad Collins and two brothers, Greg Harrison and Nathan Zaharia.

Burial will be in the Smiths Grove Cemetery with Bro. Steve Gipson officiating.
