John Patton

John B. Patton age 82 of Southhaven, MS passed away Thursday, January 25, 2006 at his residence. The Hohenwald, TN native was born April 25, 1925 to the late Andrew D. and Susie Bruce Patton. He was a retired insurance executive, a World War II Army veteran, a member of Washington Meredith Masonic Lodge #355 F&AM, Executive director of the Northwest DeSolo County chamber of commerce, retired vice president of marketing for Washington National Corporation and a member of Broadway Baptist Church. Heis survived by his wife Carol Patton of South Haven; two daughters, Deborah West of Santa Fe, Mexico and Dana Lynn Patton of Southhaven; three sons, Bruce Patton of LaVerta, CO, Steve Patton and wife Jeanne of Brownsville and Jerry B. Patton and wife Marilyn of Brownsville; one brother, Joey Patton of Bee Spring; one sister Iva Jean McCoy of Louisville and 12 grandchildren.
