Joan Daugherty

Joan Wells Daugherty, age 53, of Cedar Spirngs, KY, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014, at her residence in Cedar Springs, KY. She was a member of Rocky Hill Eastern Star # OES and a member of Cedar Springs United Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of Bill and Geraldine Hoten Wells of Park City and the wife of  Joe Carl Daugherty of Cedar Springs.

Besides her parents and husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Johnson and her husband Andy of Smiths Grove, KY and Justina Gibson and her husband Josh of Bowling Green, KY; one son, J. C. Daugherty and his wife Brittany of Cedar Springs, KY; three sisters, Kathy Sanders and her husband Timmy of Capital Hill, KY, Lisa Hampton and her husband Robert of Bon Ayr, KY, Susan Bunch and her husband John of Alvaton, KY; one brother, Danny Wells and his wife Marilyn of Bee Spring, KY; five grandchildren, Nathaniel Miller, Jaxson Daugherty, Ace Daugherty, Jaycee Daugherty and Grayson Gibson. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sherry Byrns.

Burial will be in Lambert Cemetery with Bro. Jeff Doyel officiating.
