J.G. Anderson

J.G. Anderson, age 86 of Bowling Green formerly of Cave City, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 in Woodburn. He was born November 11, 1921 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Frank and Elizabeth Harris Anderson and married to the late Elinora L. Henderson Anderson. He was a retired insurance salesman for National Life Insurance Co., a former member of the Cave City Masonic Lodge, a World War II Army veteran, former member of Highland United Methodist Church and current member of St. James United Methodist Church. He is survived by one son, Greg Anderson (Pat) of Bowling Green; one daughter, Anita Bennett of Greeley, CO.; five grandchildren, Kelly Anderson (Alison), Shawn Michelle Anderson, Stacy Hill (Phillip), Dane Lynch and Bryson Bennett; four great grandchildren, Tyler and Brandon Anderson, Hunter and Kennedy Hill. Services will be officiated by Rev. Chris Patterson with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Gideons Interntional.
