James Tarrence

James "Jimmy" Laddie Tarrence, age 57, of Ekron, KY, died Sunday, January 2, 2011 in Elizabethtown, KY. He was born October 25, 1953 in Glasgow, KY to the late Laddie Tarrence and the late Sharlette Vincent Tarrence. He was the husband of Vickie Dean Hogan Tarrence of Ekron, KY. He was a construction worker for LG&E and a member of Pleasant Union United Baptist Church. He isalso survived by a daughter, Shirlonda Patton of Ekron, KY; two sons, Jamie Tarrence (Fiance', Rene') of Lawrenceburg, KY and Jason Tarrence of Lousiville, KY; one brother, Troy Tarrence (Jenny) of Indianapolis, IN; two sisters, Joyce Barnes of Falls of Rough, KY and Debra Buntain (Arthur) of Indianapolis, IN; special grandson, Ja'Kobe "Knucklehead" Posey; grandson, Tristin "Hoss" Tarrence;Father and Mother-in-law, Roma & Shirley Hogan; brother and sister-in-law Eddie and Teresa Hogan;nephew, Zach Hogan andmany other family and friends. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton with burial in the Poplar Spring Church Cemetery.
