Jacie Breanna Smith, age 19, of Park City, departed this life on Monday, December 2, 2019. The Barren County native was born on January 14, 2000 to Christopher Lincoln Coffey (Clacie) of Canmer and Michelle Rogers (Chris) of Cave City.

Jacie was a child caregiver at Children’s Choice Academy and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Besides her parents, she leaves to honor her memory— one daughter, Amara Boards-Smith, who was the center of Jacie’s world; one brother, Joshua Coffey; two sisters, Danielle Rogers and Kaylin Coffey; paternal grandmother, Alice Coffey; special aunt, Ruby Bragg and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by, paternal grandfather, Lincoln Coffey and special uncle, Earl Bragg.

Interment will be in Campground Cemetery.
