Iva LaDonna (Donna) Skaggs

1945 - 2015

Iva LaDonna  (Donna) Skaggs,  69 of Bowling Green, KY passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in Bowling Green. She was born to Morris and Shelly Coates Skaggs in the Chalybeate community of Edmonson County, KY on November 12, 1945.

Donna attended the public schools of Edmonson county, graduating from Edmonson County High School. She furthered her schooling at Western Kentucky University where she received both a bachelors and  masters degrees in  Biology.

Donna is survived by  four first cousins who are related through her mother, Shelly Coates Skaggs; Nelda Wheat (Dallas) of Bowling  Green, Carolyn Sanders of Homestead, FL, Ila Ruth Simon of Jeffersonville, IN and Denzil Bullock (Reva) of Brownsville, KY. Also surviving are a number of second cousins related through her father Morris Skaggs.

Interment will be at Kinser Cemetery with  Rev. Steve Delashmit and Rev. Jane  Mitchell Weston  officiating.
