Henry Martin

Henry Malcolm Martin, age 87 of Cave City, passed away Saturday, July 25, in Glasgow. He was born November 24, 1924 in Barren County to the late Charles E. "C.E." and Susan Hogan Martin. He was a retired assistant resident engineer for the Ky. Highway Dept, World War II Army veteran, Kentucky Colonel and a member of Park City United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Helen Morgan Martin of Cave City; one daughter, Patricia Cook of Kingsport, TN; three sons, Roger Dale Martin (Machell) of Brownsville, Danny Martin (Martha) of Glasgow and Ronnie Martin of Cave City; one brother, Phillip Martin of Glasgow; three sisters, Marie McKinney, Alberta Cutliff and Phyllis Strother all of Glasgow; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil Edward and Charles William Martin. Services will be officiated by Bro. Paul Frederick with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Park City United Methodist Church.
