George Steele

George Walter Steele, age 73, of Bowling Green, KY, died Monday, April 11, 2011, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY. The Bowling Green native was born December 7, 1937 to the late Lurie P. Steele and the late Alma Dean Steele. He was a retired Foreman for PB & S Chemical and a member of the Midway United Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Steele ; two sons,Charles Wayne Steele (Leslie) , Smiths Grove, KY and C.B. Nalley (Tracy), Rockfield, KY; five sisters, Phyllis Oliphant, Bowling Green, KY, Jo Evelyn Long (Steve), Bowling Green, KY , Jan Pearson (Gerald), Bowling Green, KY, Teresa Newby (Ernie) and Sue Nalley (Clarence) of Tennessee; five brothers, Robbie Steele (Martha), Plano, KY, Bill Steele (Linda) , Richardsville, KY, Ronnie Steele (Mary), Allen Co., KY, Steve Steele (Phyllis) , Bowling Green, KY and Buddy Steele (Delores), Richardsville, KY; four grandchidlren, Steven Steele, Chris Steele, Brian Steele, Aubrey Rose Nalley.

Bro. Jonathan Lindsey will officiate. Interment will be at Midway Church Cemetery, Lindseyville, KY.
