Genive Meredith

Genive B. Meredith, age 95 of Brownsville, passed away Friday, March 2, 2007 at Edmonson Health Care Center. She was born October 1, 1911 in Edmonson County to the late William Basham and Cordelia Vincent Basham and married to the late Bradley Meredith. She was a housekeeper at Park Mammoth Hotel and a member of Bee Spring Missioanry Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughter-in-laws, Maggie Meredith of Brownsville, Katherine Meredith of Land O Lakes, Fl. and Carolyn Meredith of Sweeden; Seventeen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by; three daughters, Irene Meredith, Inez Meredith and Nola Mae Vanmeter; three sons, Bradley, Larry Lee and Wayne Meredith. Burial will be in Bee Spring cemetery.
