Geneva Wilson

Geneva Wilson, age 88, of Mammoth Cave, KY, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at her residence in Mammoth Cave, KY with her family by her side. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a faithful member of Union Light Missionary Baptist Church.

The Edmonson County native was born November 5, 1924 to the late Nathan Dock Priddy and the late Ethel Brown Priddy.  She is the wife of the late Eddie Wilson.

She is survived by three daughters: Judy Waddell and her husband Mitchell of Cub Run, KY, Jan Thompson and her husband Ronnie of Munfordville, KY and Kaye Thompson and her husband Lee Vaughn of Munfordville, KY; three sons: Dwight Wilson of Mammoth Cave, KY, Dewayne Wilson and his wife Peggy of Mammoth Cave, KY and Aubrey Wilson and his wife Judy Mammoth Cave, KY; one sister: Christine Childress and her husband Floyd of Mammoth Cave, KY; one brother: Nathan Priddy his wife Carolyn of Mammoth Cave, KY; two sister-in-laws: Lucille Priddy of Park City, KY and Irene Brown of Rochester, KY; one brother-in-law: Hobie Meredith of Cub Run, KY; fifteen grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Thelma Harrison, Irene Vincent and Virginia Meredith, three brothers: Orel Priddy, Oren Priddy and J. D. Priddy and one daughter-in-law: Pat Wilson

Interment will be at Union Light Cemetery, Mammoth Cave, KY with Bro. Bobby Joe Meredith officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hosparus or Union Light Church Cemetery.
