She was a housekeeper for the Housing Authority and Country Hearth and a homemaker. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Hollis Glenn Sturgeon of Cave City; one son, Glenn "Tracy" Sturgeon (Miranda) of Cave City; three daughters, Tonya Sturgeon of Bowling Green, Sonya Gedda (Jason) and Rebecca Sturgeon Sturgeon of Horse Cave; three brothers, Douglas Manley (Sonia) of Park City, Carl D. Manley (Teresa) and Terry Manley of Louisville; one sister, Carol Grey of Bowling Green; step father, Carl Manley of Louisville; ten grandchildren, Evelyn Greeno, Thomas Bennett, Neelix Crain, Alicia Bennett, Cody Sturgeon, Dylan Sturgeon, Whitney Gedda, Jacy Gedda, Haley Sturgeon and Jaren Gedda; one great grandson, Daniel Greeno. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Manley.
Services will be officiated by Bro. Otis Sturgeon with burial in the New Hope Church Cemetery.
