Faye Farris

Faye Madison Farris, 88, of Falls of Rough, KY, died Monday, June 13, 2011 in Leitchfield,KY. She was born December 25, 1922 in Edmonson Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Hurshel Madison and the late Russie Coleman Madison and the wife of the late Elbert Alvin Farris. She was an assembly worker for General Electric and was a member of Falls of Rough Baptist Church.She is survived by three sons, Jackie Lee Farris (Jean) of Angier, NC, James Kenneth Farris of Conway, AR and Carl Franklin Farris (Kathy) of Fairfax, VT; one daughter, Betty Frances Black of Falls of Rough, KY; two sisters, Elsie Ramsey (Brooks)of Leitchfield, KY and Wilma Hogan of Louisville, KY; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to Poplar Spring Church CEmetery Fund, c/o Anthony Madison , 140 Morgantown Rd., Brownsville, KY.
