Ernest Junior Wallace, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Barren County Nursing and Rehab. The Barren County native was born on December 28, 1938 to the late Ernest Irvin and Lela Myrtle Wells Wallace. He was married to his loving wife of sixty-one years, Norma Jean Meredith Wallace, who survives.

Ernest Junior retired as a printess from Queen’s Printing Company. He was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Blue Lodge and a Shriner.

Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory— his children, Ernest J. Wallace (Kathy) of Park City and Darla Boyden (Tony) of Glasgow; ten grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Molten Anderson Wallace (Brenda) of Louisville and one sister, Darlene Wallace of Park City.
